II. DEFINITIONS

“Customer” – a User who submits an inquiry or makes a reservation.
“Reservation” – a request for accommodation/service made through the Website or via the contact details provided.
“Confirmed Reservation” – a reservation confirmed by us via e-mail, phone, or a reservation system.

Confirmation
A reservation is considered confirmed once you receive confirmation from us (e-mail, phone, or reservation system). If you do not receive confirmation, the reservation is not valid.

The Customer is responsible for providing accurate information (name, phone, e-mail, dates, number of guests).

Special requests
Special requests (e.g. early check-in, late check-out, specific preferences) must be submitted at the time of reservation and will be fulfilled subject to availability.

VI. PRICES, PAYMENT AND DEPOSIT (IF APPLICABLE)

Prices
Prices on the Website are in EUR/BGN and include 9% VAT and tourist tax.

Payment
Payment may be made:

• on-site at the property;

• by bank transfer;

• online via a payment service provider.

Deposit / guarantee
For certain periods or offers, a deposit or guarantee may be required. The conditions (amount, percentage, deadline) will be specified in the confirmation.

VII. CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES AND NO-SHOW

Cancellation by the Customer
Free cancellation up to 7 days before the check-in date.
For cancellations after this period, a penalty of 50% of the stay may be charged.

Changes to dates or number of guests
Changes must be requested in writing (e-mail) and are confirmed by us subject to availability and current prices.

No-show
If the Customer does not show up on the check-in date without prior cancellation, a penalty of 100% of the reservation value may be charged and the reservation may be cancelled.

Force majeure
In extraordinary circumstances (e.g. natural disasters, government restrictions), the terms may be adjusted in accordance with applicable law and good business practice.

VIII. STAY RULES (ACCOMMODATION)

Check-in: 15:00
Check-out: 12:00

Early check-in / late check-out: subject to availability and with an additional charge from 50 EUR / 97.79 BGN per apartment.

Pets: allowed up to 5 kg; a one-time fee of 30 EUR / 58.67 BGN applies.

Smoking: prohibited in rooms; allowed on balconies.

Liability for damages: The Customer is responsible for any damage caused to property during the stay.

IX. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the information on the Website is accurate and up to date; however, discrepancies may occur (e.g. photos for illustrative purposes, changes in services or prices).

We are not liable for technical issues, interruptions, inability to access, or errors beyond our reasonable control.

We are not responsible for services provided by third parties to which the Website may link (platforms, maps, social networks, payment providers).

X. PERSONAL DATA

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Website’s Privacy Policy. For reservation and communication purposes, we may process names, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, stay details, and other necessary information.
